Quick knockdown on Thursday night house fire: The call came out at 9:29 PM on 3/13/25 in the 600 block of Valley Bridge Road in Station 17’s district off Mountain Creek Road. On arrival, CFD personnel saw flames coming from the front of a home. The resident was standing outside after exiting safely. Firefighters made a fast attack on the fire and prevented it from spreading to the rest of the structure. Once the fire was under control, Green Shift crews extinguished remaining hot spots. The cause is under investigation. No injuries.
