At 6:36 AM on 3/3/25, the Chattanooga Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 2100 block of Elena Drive- a neighborhood located between Amnicola Highway and Riverside Drive. A neighbor called 911 when they spotted flames coming from the residence. Smoke was visible on CFD’s arrival and firefighters quickly initiated an interior attack on the fire and search of the structure. No one was found inside. By 7:24 AM, the fire was under control and crews were putting water on hot spots. The cause of the fire is under investigation. There were no injuries. Engine 10, Squad 1, Ladder 1, Engine 1, Engine 4, Battalion 1, Battalion 3, CFD Supply and CFD Investigations responded.
