New All-Way Stop Implemented at S Lyerly St / E 12th Street

As the result of a traffic study, and to enhance overall safety, the
intersection of S Lyerly Street / E 12th Street

This change is effective today.

Traffic approaching the intersection should be cautious as drivers adapt to
the new traffic pattern.
