Mayor Kelly has proclaimed today, February 12th, as ‘Larry Taylor Day.’
Chattanooga, Tenn. (February 12, 2024) – Capt. Taylor was laid to rest last week in Chattanooga National Cemetery. Today, February 12th, 2024, would have been his 82nd birthday.
